Even you old safes we open with care. It was a pleasure servicing you. Although your owner called worried and distracted because you got beaten up in the past, left there all smiles, even you. Until we meet again (hopefully just for your annual service) protect their goods and keep looking beautiful.

Another happy customer with this safe opening. They called with a problem (employee left with the combination) and needed the safe opened. PROBLEM + CALLED ME + SOLUTION = CUSTOMER....HAPPY CUSTOMER

I'm sure every service technician out there likes when they get a tip, as a well as payment. I sure do. But what do you do with this ? I was stunned at the opportunity to smile at a little one and accept her "TIP" before leaving their house "SAFE-N-SECURE" Doesn't get any better than this. But umm.....what the hell is it ? LOL

Well, since the dog is guarding these machines, looks like I'm going to use the older ones. I'm sure he can't be in two places at once. Let's give it a try.

Well now. Looks like we found the problem. A little bit of this and a little bit of that ? We're going to get this fixed up for them.

Customer needed the back sliding glass door fixed. The latch wouldn't secure the door. Oh yeah, and don't let the cat out, please. It's seriously talking me longer then usual to fix the door because of this very playful cat. The door got fixed, the cat didn't escape, and the customer was happy.

This poor spindle has had it's day. Replaced it. Now that's Lock Love.

Customer calls saying "the key won't come out of the lock". Can you help ?" I show up and the poor lock cylinder looks beat up. We find out why the key was stuck. All taken of. New lock cylinder. ... New keys. New smiles. And away we go. See more
