Coronavirus has killed more than 2,600 people in Iran, but U.S. sanctions are obstructing food, medicine, humanitarian aid, and hospital equipment from getting ...in. Dozens of lawmakers and I are calling on the Trump Administration to recognize that pandemics know no borders. Let us put aside our disputes, lift these sanctions, and reduce human suffering during this crisis.

On March 11, Florida requested emergency supplies from the federal government to protect medical workers against coronavirus. Three days later, the state got ev...erything it wanted. Other states had only tiny slivers of their requests fulfilled, including some that had asked for them earlier than Florida.
