Hello Sokol members. I hope that you all are safe and healthy. Hopefully you all got the email regarding the many uncertainties at the moment. We are posting workout videos that the children can do at home in order to stay active during these times. I challenge the parents to try doing these workouts with their children. I tried and got exhausted after 15 mins :) Thank you to our member Lance for creating these videos for us to use. He has been a NJ Sokol member since the ...80s.
