It's hard to believe it has already been a year since our company retreat, CowtoberFest! During this retreat, our company was able to all come together under one roof to build together, learn together, and grow together. Though we can't all come together this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been able to come together virtually and continue to work hard for our farmers! Check out these throwbacks from this time last year!

To look for the ‘No’. Find the reason why people would say, ‘No’ to this, not just, ‘Yes.’ It’s just great advice. People aren’t always forthcoming with ‘No’ direct to your face. Sometimes, you have to ask for that. Bethany Deshpande shares the best advice she's received along with her other insights on building a startup on Atlantic Business Magazine 'Let's Do Launch', check it out here: http://ow.ly/dREX50BWRxX

You've heard of 'having eyes on the back of your head' but what about on the back of your...behind? According to a new study, scientists have found that farmers who painted eyes on their cows' rear ends helped ward off predators far better than cows who were not adorned with an extra pair of peepers. In this case, you may want to avoid direct eye contact! Read about this interesting study and the results, via Ars Technica: http://ow.ly/NKL350BKe0b
