The Giglio community has lost another one of its own. Anthony Repetti Capo for the Giglio Society of East Harlem passed away suddenly on October 6th. His wake will be held on Wednesday October 13th at: Sisto Funeral Home 3489 East Tremont Ave Bronx, NY 10465 Tel # 718 892-2102... 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Anthony had 1 request. Any visitor who was a Lieutenant or Capo at any of the Giglio feast please wear your Lieutenant or Capo shirt when you pay your respects. It is with an extremely heavy heart that I am so sorry to have to announce this tragic news to you at the start of this New Year. Mike LoCascio's grandson, Michael, passed away tonight, January 3, 2021, after a courageous year-long battle with leukemia. There is no wake information available at the current time. I will keep you posted once arrangements have been made. Our condolences go out to Mike, his wife Annette, their daughter Christina and to their entire family. BEYOND TEARS With a heavy heart we are informing everyone of the passing of a dear friend and original member of The Sons of San Paolino di Nola, John Spampinato. John passed away Thursday, August 13th, after a long battle with lung cancer.... John had a tremendous heart and was truly an incredible soul. He was such a good friend to all of us and he will be dearly missed and never forgotten. We send our most sincere condolences to his wife Cathy and children Camela, Chrystil, John Jr and Caitlyn. As well as his Mother and his sisters Anna and Toni. John may you rest in eternal peace, Amen.
