Soul Hooping

This little Hooper came to me on Monday needing a new hoop for her talent show as her hoop she got 4 years ago she out grew. Check out her performance and......she won 1st Place! Way to go Jenna and Heathe Jones

This morning, from 3 years ago, this popped up in my feed. Totally forgot I wrote this and it still speaks volumes for me today. As I look at the picture below, I can still remember the feeling and energy of when I wrote this sitting on my couch looking into my yard on a snowy day after I spotted this perfect heart on the children’s playset. May your heart be warm today and everyday. Happy Self Love Month ... Love Is Everywhere, Everyday Love is not something that comes in a gift. Love is not something that comes once a year. Love is not something that you find on one day. Love is omnipresent for all to feel. It's what radiates from the core of your being everyday. Kind words, jestures, hugs, holding hands. A smile, a laugh, a cuddle, a kiss. A wink, a pat, a playful embrace. The sunshine, the birds, the fresh morning air. The moon, the stars and heavens above. Remember that you are born of pure love There is nothing to seek, for it lies within you. Love is everywhere, everyday.

Self Love Month continues on Thursday, February 14th with Soul Hooping Class @ Healing Arts Studio-Fulton from 6-7 pm We will continue to access our heart space through intentions setting, breathing, journaling, moving meditations through hooping and use of essential oils. If you prefer you can bring your journal or you can use mine for class. As always, hoops will be provided for use during class.

This warms my heart and so needed to share. What a beautiful day at Mexico Middle School as they incorporated many Mindful modalities into their day; including Mindful Hooping Schools Program. So many ways to use this program with students.

This morning on my Facebook memories popped up this first photo I posted below. This moment right here was a pivotal point in my life where I said YES! Yes to ...me. Yes to my soul. Yes to my heart. Yes to following my dreams. Yes to Transformation. And I had no idea it would be this scary, this painful, this lonely, this challenging, this empowering, this soul nourishing, this heartful, this abundant or ever be THIS EPIC! 4 years ago I said yes to be certified for Hooping Meditation with Hooping Harmony; owners a mother daughter combo Ariana Shelton and Laura Marie. I traveled to MA, on my sons bday weekend, to follow the huge energy of YES. The following week I founded and opened Soul Hooping business. What started out as me teaching classes and creating hoops to sell; 4 years later has transformed into Infinite Life Solutions. And as ones person transforms so does the business; and visa versa. I never imagined in my wildest dreams I would be THIS women I look at everyday. And that my business would be where it is today. Ariana Shelton my Spiritual Teacher, mentor and soul-friend has been with me every step of the way. Yup we first met at Fun Fabulous and Feminine that my amazing brother Rono Smith and SIL Sierra Sullivan facilitated over 5 years ago. Both of them opened the door for me to a Transformational 10 month deep dive process with them. During this process I was called to privately work with Ariana....and so our path continues together as our connection deepened and expands. For I AM this person today because of her unconditional love, kindness, compassion, understanding guidance, support, teachings, encouragment, her faith in me and so much more! See, we are not meant to walk this path alone. For it takes the eyes of a Spiritual Teacher to see what I can’t see, to connect the dots where I am not able to, to hold sacred loving space for your higher self to shine through and to keep expanding into your gifts and brilliance this life time. Transformation is not for the faint of heart. For it takes massive fucking Spiritual Warrior Goddess Stamina, Perseverance, Determination, Boldness, making the hard choices, and steadfast day in and day out hard work than no one ever sees. Wow! This IS my life and I am so damn proud of what I have created for myself, my family, my community and this world.
