By request from a couple patients I am going to start posting some Youtube videos I have been making to this page titled "Keeping It Real". It is my way to communicate some information and my opinion on things within mostly the health and wellness industry. I have a lot to cover. You will see things directed at things you may see in my office, general wellness, maybe even insurance related rants. Sometimes I will be speaking as a Chiropractor and sometimes I will not. I a...m trying to keep these more casual and may put a different "hat on" and speak to you as just a friend. So I apologize in advance for the occasional bad word. Sometimes I am very blunt.
