The residential real estate market in New York’s Southern Adirondack region once again saw rising home prices and a decreased inventory during April. Nationally, existing home sales decreased 2.7%, and homes are still selling quickly with multiple offers common in many markets, according to the National Association of REALTORS. SAR President Catherine McDonough, President-Elect Eden Whitaker, Board of Directors member Dan Davies, and CEO Densay Sengsoulavong attended NAR’s annual Legislative Meetings in National Harbor, MD last week. The conference includes REALTOR professional development sessions, governance meetings, and industry expo.
