Let’s all have a happy and safe Thanksgiving. I always try and find a new turkey fryer fire video, but this one I couldn’t resist. While this is a time of year to be with family, we’d rather not get together for work stuff. Please don’t do this. Please? Please read, then reread 2-3 more times the directions if you are using a cooking appliance you don’t use all the time. Be safe. Check the batteries in your smoke detectors without burning the stuffing. Replace the detecto...r completely if it is more than 10 years old. Make sure you have a fire extinguisher that is still in working order and charged, and that you know how to use it properly. And if you need someone to take care of left over pie, we can provide addresses you can drop it off at.

Change your clocks, change your batteries, and test your detectors. If your detectors are more than 10 years old, replace them!
