As we are now knee deep into the what we describe as Round 2 of this pandemic- I just wanted to touch base on a couple of things. - We can offer contactless delivery and pick up at the store. For delivery- you can pay over the phone with a card and even tip the driver on there and we will deliver to you and knock on your door and leave the food on your porch, steps, etc. For pick up- same thing except you drive over, call us to let us know you are there and we bring your f...ood out when it’s ready. We are happy to provide these services if you ask. -We are busy. Super busy. Every day. This is a good thing but it does come with some challenges. Wait times for both pick up and delivery are long. I know it can be frustrating but I promise you- we are doing everything in our power to get you your food as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients and products where we can- this means your burgers are hand pressed, your wings are not precooked and each and every item is made to order. I do not want to use frozen burger patties and I don’t believe you want to eat a frozen burger patty. -We are doing the best we can in these unprecedented times. We are a family of 5 and everyone but the 7 year old has been working. We have beefed up our crew numbers, we have upgraded equipment and spaces to accommodate our growth- all in an effort to serve our amazing customers better. We are 100% trying and I think most of the time we do a good job and get it right. If we don’t- we are happy to hear you out and make it right!
