Season 42 is in the books, and while many will remember 2020 for the craziness and turmoil brought on by Covid-19, we will forever choose to look back on the incredible support and friendships that carried us through the year, and be grateful. Our regular customers, and new guests alike, all know that we always choose to remain positive, and look at every challenge as an opportunity to be better. "Adversity is a terrible thing to waste." - Capt. Charlie Plumb I have never... forgotten this quote, and have lived by it ever since seeing Capt. Plumb deliver a keynote speech many years ago. We have survived a fire and worked through a pandemic. We used each of these catastrophies to look inward and ask "How can we be even better on the other side?" Today, as we reflect on our first two seasons as the owners of The Spaghetti Factory, we are truly proud of the accomplishments we have achieved, and even more proud to have earned the respect and friendship of so many. We will continue to strive for "better" each day, in every way. We are truly thankful to our staff as well. We would be nothing without the caring people that show their dedication to the guest and commitment to us each and every day. THANK YOU ALL!!!! From our family to yours, we wish you all a safe, healthy, and kind winter. We look forward to welcoming you all back beginning March 3rd, 2021. Until then, we hope you will do as we intend to do. We are forever Grateful for your continued support. 2020 is coming to a close for us after tomorrow, but this long strange trip around the sun has proven to us how loyal our factory fans(family) truly are. Your remind us daily of just how fortunate we are.... It has been our pleasure to provide a safe environment and opportunity for a moment of "normal" to so many of you this year. We will continue to take all of the right steps as we look to re-open in the spring. We will return March 3, 2021 at 4pm for season number 43.
