As a passionate Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor and personal trainer, my role is to motivate, enable and make exercise a fun and rewarding experience. I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals. I am also certified in Group X, Senior Fitness and Silver Sneakers. In addition, I am a licensed massage therapist, a Master Reiki Practitioner and hold certifications in Nutrition and Holistic Life Coaching. I am a true believer that passion and strength together will allow us to get to where we want to be in achieving our optimum health! I often hear people say "It is what it is." I say "It is what it is until you make it what you want it to be!"
