Just had to share this photo...my son (pictured below) and my daughter went to Spotted Zebra Learning Center... and it was truly the best thing for them. I cou...ld never thank you and all the staff (past and present) for what you have done and do on a daily basis for all these kids AND their parents. I could speak for hours about this place and Sherri Townsend and teachers but truly...thank you, from the bottom of my heart for what you did for Caden and Juliana. The building blocks were pivotal and their foundation is rock solid now because of you.... (((this pic is from 8 years ago, today! ... Caden will be in 7th grade next month ))) See more

HAPPY SATURDAY!! Ooblec is a fun messy play activity that is simple to make! We used a 1:2 ratio of water to cornstarch with a couple drops of food coloring (optional). Have fun!!

It is supposed to be a beautiful weekend, so why not prepare for an Outdoor Sensory Scavenger Hunt! Being outdoors and in nature is a great way for kids to expl...ore their senses. Studies have shown that being engaged outdoors can improve and regulate positive moods; improve the overall cognitive health of children; and improve the child’s overall wellbeing which includes the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems. Use the Sensory Motor Scavenger Hunt Sheet we found on www.theinspiredtreehouse.com (great website with fun ideas) and have a blast!
