PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: NEW VISITATION REGULATION POLICY: Hours of visitation and days have been extended as followed:... TUESDAY: 10:30/2PM/3PM WEDNESDAY: 10:30/2PM/3PM THURSDAY: 10:30/2PM/3PM SATURDAY: 10:30/2PM/3PM SUNDAY: 10:30/2PM/3PM Please Click on the link below to book your appointments: https://calendly.com/jcoats-sprainbrook/visitation-schedule In addition, ALL family visiting MUST have a covid negative test result. The test must be conducted within 7 days of scheduled visitation date. For example: If you get tested on Thursday 9/23, your 7 days visitation period ends the following Thursday 9/30. We strongly suggest scheduling your appointment for visit a few days prior from the day in which you're conducting your COVID test. Doing rapid testing, which can give you results within 15-20 mins., is highly recommended, but not your only option. Rapid testing is provided in Urgent Care (City MD, etc.) and cost is approximately $25. A link will be posted redirecting you all to a calendar to allow you to schedule your visit with your loved ones. There are two slots and they are very limited. We ask you book a week prior to visit. VISITATION DAYS & TIMES: TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS at 10:30AM or 2PM. We ask that you arrive 10-15 min...s prior to schedule time to conduct screening.
