Preschool Yoga with Harper Dion Wednesdays 4:00-5:30pm January 15th to March 25th (NO CLASS 2/19) 10 week session $350 REGISTER: www.sproutwellnessny.com Drop off class for 2.5 to 4.5 year olds. In this class we learn basic yoga poses, focus on the Yoga Pose of the Day, and practice breathing techniques. We will also enjoy story time, arts & craft, and sensory exploration.

Down Dog Deconstructed TODAY December 15th 4:00- 6:00 pm $25 per person. www.sproutwellnessny.com . Whether as done a warm up, transition, in the midst of a sun salutation or taken as a resting pose, we practice downward facing dog often in traditional yoga classes but rarely stop to take time to break down or troubleshoot the pose step by step. This workshop is your opportunity to learn the proper alignment in downward facing dog, or adho mukha svanasana, fro...m fingertips to toes through the use of preparatory postures, props and modifications. You will gain insight and awareness into your own body’s mechanics and the mechanics of the pose itself to help you develop the strength, stability and flexibility you need to avoid repetitive strain injuries and guarantee your practice for years to come. Yogis of all levels are welcome. There will be plenty of time for interaction, Q&A, and individual assists, so bring any and all questions! Prenatal Yoga with Kelly Swails Kelly began teaching prenatal yoga classes as well as Yoga for Labor & Delivery workshops in 2005. In 2008, she began training yoga teachers for certification in Yoga for Labor & Delivery and Prenatal Yoga. Soon thereafter developed the Adapting Asana for Prenatal Yoga Students workshops and began mentoring birth doulas. She has additional yoga certifications in postnatal, restorative, yin, hatha yoga, and reiki (level 2).
