Pulled our boat Lou into the boat repair garage, oh I mean our living room, lol. Doggies helping their dad get her sewed up. She’ll be back out on the river tomorrow w/ Olivia Bliss , Keith Eisenman & 7 kids of Broccoli Hall. Super excited to SEE our most often to return guest’s. Such awesome support and so much fun over the last 10 years!

Also have a bright green reversible fleece hat from that trip. The bright Salmon colored Cape Cod rain jacket is from late in the 2021 season, left behind with four cool masks in the pocket, who’s is this? There is a whole bag of towels left behind mid season 2021, sneakers, shorts, t-shirts. Well it's official year 10 is underway for Square Eddy! Great to share a symbolic and beautiful day on the river with our friends from North Country School ! Square Eddy is bringing big positive energy into our 2022 season and are ready to have as much fun as possible on and around the Hudson River Gorge! Whitewater 2022 ! Wow what a way to begin ! Good clean run yesterday over the slide, just like that 24hrs later the river has gone up 5' ! We're approaching the max for April 8 which was set in 1928 !! Impressive display from Mother Nature FULL SEND!! Looking forward to a sporty weekend here in the Central ADK's! peace & protection

Like most of us, Square Eddy has been doing our best to navigate and stay positive through these uncharted waters. As we all try to move forward to help make our local communities, cities and world a safer and more just place, it’s important that we stay true to who we are. Here at Square Eddy we have always believed that safety and trust are a big part of who we are as a company. Given the current situation, we have made the difficult decision to pause operations for the ...remainder of the 2020 season. We feel truly fortunate to be stewards of the beautiful lands and waterways of the Central Adirondacks and are proud to be a small business on Main Street in our small local community of North Creek. These are different and difficult times for us all and we hope you are all holding up and staying healthy. While running the Hudson is always an amazing experience and a ton of fun, Square Eddy’s top priority has always been to run a safe trip first. As you may be aware, New York State has begun a gradual reopening of our State Parks and recreational areas. However, significant unknowns and challenges remain, and as such, we are proceeding with caution as it relates to the upcoming rafting season and how best to assure a safe and amazing experience on the Hudson. We will continue to communicate and provide more details around our COVID-19 mitigation plans as they come into focus and we continue to learn more from New York State and health professionals. Be well and we can’t wait to SEE you all sometime soon in the Adirodacks!

SEE recently recycled one of our favorite branches of cedar to help encourage positive energy on our way to the Hudson River Gorge by foot. First trip ever for SEE April 20, 2013 ! We had a great crew on board for a memorable run! Not only during these times of reflection but everyday we are grateful for our guide community, safety boaters, forest rangers, guests, shuttle drivers, family & friends. To operate out of our 16' x 24' garage behind Izzy's Market on Main St is over the top cool. We're very proud to be a part of our local Central Adirondack community. Thank you to everyone that has brought or shared there energy with SEE. The first eight years have been a true team effort. A genuine thank you to all.
