Pruned the Marquette grape vines so they are all ready to take on their FIFTH growing season! Woo hoo! Also got a taste of 2011's (first) Marquette harvest- soooo tasty!

All sold out of peach, banana, and blueberry- boo! ...Good thing I'm making more now!!

Stock is building again! We have the following for sale: Strawberry, Raspberry (my favorite!), White Trash, Elderberry, Marquette, Plum, and Pomegranate. Just began production of Cranberry, Peach, and Blueberry!

Raspberry wine for sale! It's young but tasty and made its debut at Grassroots this weekend! :-D

There is no rest for the drunk- 'er- weary... Bottling cherry and raspberry wines from this summer and gonna fill those carboys right back up with some BlAcKbErRy Cabernet, some blueberry, some peach, AND maybe even some white Merlot :-D

My Marquette grapes are nearly ready to harvest- I cannot believe how early they ripened, how many I have to harvest, and how TASTY they are! This is the first year I'm harvesting from my 3 year old plants :)

13 gallons each of cherry and raspberry wine so far this year! Going to try making both a red blueberry wine and a white blueberry wine this year.

Wow!! The peach wine I just made about 2 months ago might already be ready for some quick fining and bottling!! It'll be another 4 months or so though before the PiNeApPlE is ready- smells terrific so far :)

I have so many empty carboys as everything from last season has been bottled, so I decided to fill 3 of them: pomegranate, concord, and cranberry wine is brewing... :-D

I was forced to take inventory today for an excellet customer, so I thought I ought to update it here! Currently available: Cranberry, Strawberry, Plum, Blush, Blueberry, Banana, and Riesling all for $10 a piece; Raspberry and Elderberry for $15 a piece. Some I strongly suggest aging if they are purchased right away!!

I have come to the conclusion that I will be charging $15 for bottles of the Raspberry wine. I hate to raise my rates, but customer demand requires it. That's not the only reason, though- I want to be sure that I have the $$ to make about 10 gallons (I made only 3 gallons this past season) of it this coming season because it is sooooooo tasty! Cheers!
