New covered patio is finally making headway So thankful for my 2 guys.

Located just outside of The Catskill Forest Preserve(but still considered a part of The Catskills) in Stamford, is a beautiful place called Mount Utsayantha.Thi...s 3,214 foot mountain is a village park and you can either hike or drive the one mile gravel road to the summit(road is not maintained in the winter). There is a 680 foot elevation gain for the one mile road. On the summit is the restored fire tower, numerous radio towers, picnic tables, a summit building and a porta-potty. You can see the Catskill Mountains to the south, the foothills of the Catskills to the west, the Hudson Valley to the east and the Adirondacks to the North.
