St. Ann's Church

WE ARE IN PHASE V OF THE REOPEN WEEKEND MASSES will be held Saturdays at 5pm, Sundays at 8am, 10am and 12pm. We are limited to 25% of the Church's capacity, or 80 people. Entry will be through one door only. Once capacity is reached, an additional 20 people may watch a livestream in Father Anthony Hall, or return for a later Mass. Certain pews will be cordoned off so that no one sits in them. Families may sit together in one pew. If you sit in a pew with someone not in your h...ousehold, please keep 6' between you. The main aisle will be marked off in 6' increments for those attending Communion, which will be in the hand only. If you are in Father Anthony Hall, you will be able to come to the main entrance of the Church and get in line for Communion. The Greeters will have hand sanitizer, and you must wear a mask. DAILY (Monday-Friday) Mass has resumed n the Chapel at 7:15AM & 8:30AM, and 8:30AM on Saturdays, restricted to 25% of the Chapel's capacity (30 people). We have been receiving inquiries about the possibility of reviving the Women's Prayer Group. If you are interested, please phone the Rectory at 914-965-1555 and leave your name, phone number and email. If we have sufficient interest, our Moderator will begin contacting you. Due to pandemic restrictions, the group would potentially meet via Zoom (online meeting) until we get the approval to begin using Father Anthony Hall again.

There will be a Rosary Rally in support of our Police Officers this Saturday, October 31st at 1pm, on the steps of Immaculate Conception St. Mary's Church, 103 South Broadway, Yonkers. (across the street from the Yonkers Police Department). Social distancing and masks required.

A lot of people have asked me when we can bring back Eucharistic Adoration on Fridays. I'd be happy to do so if we can get sufficient commitment from people to attend all the hours. Nocturnal Adoration on First Friday will not be possible yet, but if we can get the volunteers we will resume weekly adoration on Fridays from 9 AM until 8 PM. If this is too large a time frame to fill we will schedule it for a smaller period, depending on when adorers are available. Of course, we will be observing all necessary social distancing for the COVID-19. If you are able to commit yourself to an hour each Friday, please let me know. We will then plan from there.
