PETITION FOR HAGIA SOPHIA As the Turkish Government actively tries to erase or revise history, we encourage and welcome all Christians - Orthodox and non-Orthodox alike, and ask all people - Christians and non-Christians alike - who respect the values of tolerance, decency and human dignity to support Hagia Sophia, and to remember it was built to be a CHURCH, and stood as a church for nearly 1000 years before the brutal Ottoman conquest of Constantinople in 1453. Please take some time and add your name to the petition. Thank you... http://action.hellenicleaders.com/p//actio/common/public/
