Quick health tip: For hydration when exercising or being active, it is important to replace your electrolytes as well as your water, so just a bottle of Poland Spring won't cut it. I am not a fan of hydration drinks like Gatorade, Powerade, ect. Either they are loaded with different dyes, sugar or have artificial sweeteners not to mention some of these drinks have brominated vegetable oil( originally formulated to be a flame retardant)!! And glycerol ester which comes from wo...od rosin- Ouch. My suggestion is buying Himalayan salt stones and making sole(salt water solution). How to make sole: Fill a glass jar about a quarter of the way with the salt stones. Continue by filling the rest with water and cover it up with the lid. Starting the next day take about a 1/2 to 1 tsp of the salt/water solution and put that in about a liter of water. Give or take depending on taste. This will provide all the electrolytes your body needs to stay hydrated deep into your workout.
