Tonight, a prayer from Father Tom... Lord God, threatened now by the spread of the Coronavirus, we ask that you keep us, our loved ones, and everyone, from harm. Keep us vigilant as we follow all that will protect our health and well-being. We pray for those who already have the virus. Alleviate their pain and fear and limit the ravages of their disease. Restore them to full health. ... Protect medical and support workers who test, treat and prevent the spread of this virus. Enfold them with the shield of your protective grace. Keep all of us generous in these fearful times, remembering that we share a common humanity and a responsibility for one another. Freed from hoarding, let us make it possible for everyone to have a share of food, medicine, supplies and services. We pray for the elderly and those most vulnerable to the disease. May they be spared this threat to their health and to their lives. Send a spirit of wisdom into the minds and hearts of our civic authorities whose duty it is to insure the common good. We call upon Mary, the patroness of our country, to watch over us and to care for all our brothers and sisters throughout the world. We make this prayer in the name of Christ, our Lord. Amen. Thank you for your continued generosity, Saint Mary's Parishioners! A very special thanks to Boy Scout Troop 2 and their leaders for their recent successful food drive. Our pantry shelves are well stocked because of their efforts. Your food and monetary donations help not just members of our own Parish, but the areas surrounding us. Donated items can be placed near any entrance. God Bless!... Our Food Pantry is open EVERY FRIDAY, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please be mindful of social distancing practices when you are visiting our pantry. This week, in order to restock our shelves, we need the following: Spaghetti-o’s/canned ravioli, pancake mix, and paper towels.

Tonight, a prayer for Mary's intercession, written by St. Aloysius Gonzaga O holy Mary, my Lady, into your blessed trust and safe keeping and into the depths of your mercy... I commend my soul and body this day, every day of my life, and at the hour of my death. To you I entrust all my hopes and consolations, all my trials and miseries, my life and the end of my life. By your most holy intercession and by your merits, may all my actions be directed and disposed according to your will and the will of your divine Son. Amen. See more

God is doing something new! St. Mary’s is launching our new online Small Groups Program this Lent. Small groups are where our large church gets small. Small groups meet to discuss faith, go deeper into a weekly message and to support one another in their relationship with Christ. Small groups are a place to explore, share, ask questions and grow. Small groups make it possible for us to gather in the midst of the pandemic to deepen our fellowship and faith.... Learn more about our Small Groups from one of our own parishioners, Emily. Check it out below! https://vimeo.com/508999915 Check Small Groups (or even join a group!) at our website at www.stmarysglensfalls.org/small-groups.
