Tricep Pressdowns: When performing Tricep Pressdowns keep your upper arm perpendicular to the ground. This is the most effective way to perform the exercise. If you have been doing it the "Wrong" way you will notice that it is MORE Difficult to perform them the "Correct" way and you will not be able to use as much weight because the triceps are more isolated in the "correct" position. (Even if your arm is not in the best position, you will still get benefit from the exercise.. just not the maximum benefit).
