Proudly offered for consideration: Kemper is a 5yo DHH (Dutch Harness Horse) gelding. He is a stout 15.3H & has very nice, solid feet; we have never had to put shoes on him. Kemper is extremely sound, has zero vices & has a great work ethic & brain to match his flashy looks. Kemper has been lightly campaigned in dressage & eventing thus far & the judges love him. He has 3 beautiful gaits & a nice jump; he is brave to fences & always tries hard for his rider. He has no injurie...s & can go any direction you like. Kemper is UTD on vaccines/has an updated coggins. He loads & trailers beautifully (we have both a 2H straight & a 4H head to head that he has been on) & handles the commotion of a show venue like a champion whether he is stalled or working off the trailer. He is easily one of the nicest horses we have had the pleasure of having in our barn. He has been jumped up to 2’9, but was regularly tackling 2’3 to 2’6 courses as he was growing & filling out during his 4yo year. He was also shown at the YEH division at GVRDC last fall! Kemper has tons of potential as a dressage mount or an eventer/show jumper & happily does all three in a regular noseband & lozenge snaffle. Priced in the low 5’s starting with a 2. SALE PENDING: Bijoux D’Atzlan aka Aura is a dark bay 2006 KWPN mare standing 15.3h. Aura is looking for a patient & consistent rider who wants a horse with a great work ethic that enjoys jumping. She was bred to be a jumper and has been free jumped up to 3’6 clearing it easily. Her prior owner had her going around courses at that height some years ago, but she has been in much less work this past couple years due to her owner’s health taking priority. We believe that Aura wo...uld love to be a one-person horse & find her person to bond with & work for. She would not be suitable for a lesson program as she is a forward, sensitive type ride. All 3 gaits are lovely & her form over fences is beautiful. This mare would thrive as an eventer or show jumper. Aura is great for the farrier, vet & is all around a nice horse to have in the barn; she has no vices. She is barefoot and an easy keeper. Aura turns out well with both mares & geldings with no issues. She has no issues or prior injuries, however an examination at Cornell did unfortunately reveal that she is infertile, so there is no possibility of a breeding career for her. Asking price in mid-fours. **Located in Sanborn NY, near Buffalo/Niagara Falls** Pedigree: https://sporthorse-data.com/pedigree/bijoux-daztlan Walk/Trot video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=b2uBR3F7cJ8&feature=youtu.be *Jumping video available on request* Stone Hill Sport Horses is a brick & mortar business

We finished up a successful weekend at the GVRDC Horse Trials! Everyone made great improvements and all finished in the ribbons! Acqua Cat (Roo), first time running Novice and finished 6th. Was more relaxed in dressage, despite the very wet arena. Ran a double clear in cross country! He was ready for every obstacle in his path. Roo has become a XC machine and gained so much confidence! It was a very hot day and tired after XC, we sadly knocked 2 rails in stadium. Killian Jo...nes, went Beginner Novice for his first time and finished 7th! He performed one of his best dressage tests and Jill couldn't have been more proud. Cross country had a few challenges with loose horses and new obstacles. This young horse did his best out there and still gaining his confidence. Jill did some impressive riding with him through stadium and landing them in 7th! No Apparent Motive (Kemper), competed at his first sanctioned event, in the 4 year old Future Event Horse division. He handled himself like a perfect gentleman in the busy atmosphere. Kemper took 2nd in the group of amazing youngsters! It was quite the weekend for us all. But there's no rest for the wicked. We will be off to Ohio this Friday for another fun weekend of Eventing!!

We wrapped up our final USEA sanctioned horse trials of 2020 this past weekend with the GVRDC Spring HT (it was postponed due to COVID). El Grande Patron & Jacki had a really good day together & finished 6th in their competitive Beginner Novice division. Meanwhile, Jill has a newly minted (officially) event horse in Killian Jones (DHH) as he handled the commotion of his first sanctioned horse trials like an old professional. The pair finished 5th in the Intro division. The weather & footing was absolutely perfect. Thank you to Hideaway Farms & GVRDC for hosting another great event. Here are some highlight photos from Kristin from the weekend.

Quick recap of a successful weekend competing at Chestnut Ridge Equestrian Center in one of our favorite shows, the Saddle Up for Roswell charity horse trials. This year, the event raised over $11,000 in donations to Roswell Park Cancer institute, which is really impressive - especially during a pandemic. This cause is near & dear to our hearts as we have been closely impacted by cancer & this event is a fun way to raise donations doing something we love. This year the weat...her was absolutely perfect & all 4 of our horses turned in great results. As for the OTTBs on our roster, El Grande Patron & Jill placed second in his competitive Novice division, finishing on their dressage score of 30.2. Acqua Cat & Jacki (also in Novice) put in his best dressage test to date, although his score did not reflect that. He has truly come leaps & bounds in this abbreviated show season & are very proud of him. Jump Start Now made a return to eventing and placed third in his Beginner Novice division with Kristin aboard. Finally, we can’t forget to talk about Jill & her 5yo Dutch Harness Horse, Killian Jones taking home second in their Beginner Novice division as well! One of Jill’s students, Jessica Carr & her lovely OTTB Emrys placed second finishing on his dressage score of 30 in his first event! All in all it was a lovely event, one we look forward to every year. Thank you to CRE for hosting and of course, the volunteers who make these events run so smoothly. If you contributed a donation to Roswell on our behalf, we sincerely thank you & appreciate your help in raising funds & awareness to cancer research & treatment. Photos to come, hopefully!

Overall a great weekend for the Stone Hill team this weekend in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Thank you to the hosting venue Chagrin Valley Farms & all the volunteers for a wonderful horse trial with a very welcoming atmosphere; we will definitely be back! Killian Jones is a newly minted event horse after this weekend with impressive efforts in both the Green Horse & Beginner Novice with Jillian Valint aboard. Killian & Jill were 2nd in Green Horse & 3rd in Beginner Novice. He was hap...pily schooling Novice questions & handled his first big show like a professional. We are very excited to see what they do together! Acqua Cat (aka Roo) & Jaclyn Mauser had an excellent weekend schooling the venue as well as competing in Beginner Novice. Roo ate up the cross country course & the pair ended the day in 7th place. Roo also was happy to answer Novice questions during XC schooling! Kay Lea & Lion Under Oath (aka Guinness), made their return to competition this weekend after a THREE YEAR hiatus. The pair schooled well & Guinness gave honest work the whole weekend, especially given the extensive time off, they took home 2nd in the Intro division. We had a blast on our show-cation despite the pandemic cancelling many of our anticipated show dates this year. Next on the radar is Saddle Up for Roswell, a charity horse trials benefiting Roswell Park Cancer Institute. The event is a favorite & for a wonderful cause, hosted by our friends at Chestnut Ridge Equestrian Center in Gasport, NY. If you are interested in donating, please contact us & we can provide a link!

Some highlights from the combined test at Chestnut Ridge Equestrian Center yesterday. This was Killian’s second show & he was wonderful! Killian is Jill’s Dutch Harness gelding that she has trained herself from the ground up. Jacki’s OTTB Acqua Cat aka Roo was lovely also; working to get more mileage in as a newly minted event horse. All in all, a successful weekend for the Stone Hill team.
