Then you learn you put the oxygen mask on you first even before your kids. You need to be able to help yourself before you help others. It's not a matter of whether or not you have time. If you can restore your health and happiness, you can help others. Sick people can't help other sick people. But your experience of your sickness and sorrowful experience become the fertilizer to help many people.
