After reading that book years ago I had an AHA moment and started to try out a new vision. ..... take my 9-5 income and slowly buy ONE asset then when I couldbuy another one. I used credit cards or extra $ from a side hustle or SOLD something that hung around the yard that was useless other than COSTING me $. Eventually I kept reading positive books ( even though) I barely passed English class . And watched motivating and inspiring you tube videos every day. ( I still do ). Started creating and posting POSITIVE quotes. Watched, researched, highly successful people online and in the community. What were THEY doing ? To be successful ? From what I was reading and hearing .... If you MODEL those you see have succeeded in what you want to accomplish then you should be able to get SOME of what they have accomplished ? Right ? ... do what they do and Get What they get ?? Ever heard of this ? Well I tried it and and it seems to work if you Work it. You can’t QUIT .. You can’t say ITS Too hard !! As one of my marketing mentors said you have to keep digging to find the Gold. If you keep picking up and starting a new hole then you will never find the golden ticket. Keep digging ( only if you have modeled success) don’t keep digging if you are continuously buying Liablities !! You MUST invest in your first asset and then KEEP DIGGING for more assets. Listen you can buy your doo dads with the assets you produce !! Don’t really understand what doo dads ( liabilities) are ?? Or what they can do to you if you keep DIGGING ?
