Hello everyone! We anticipate starting JiuJistu junior classes July 1st. as we will be gone a portion of this month for our anniversary. The price will be the same, $100 per month on Monday’s and Wednesday’s @ 4:30 Can’t wait to see the students again! Oosss!!

Tonight at 6:00pm Warm up: ‘international ab day’, & escape drills. Technique: Russian tie with take downs; Arm bar to triangle.
