Today’s vehicles handling capabilities come largely from the tires. Never put two different type tires on a vehicle. Such as 2 snow tires on the front end and 2 all season tires on the rear of the vehicle. This causes the front of the vehicle to react different from the rear of the vehicle. This could cause ill handling, and could be dangerous, especially on slippery roads. We have noticed that there is a false assumption to some people that the rear wheels on in front wheel drive car do not do anything. All wheel drive and four-wheel-drive vehicles also need all 4 of the same tires to track the same distance. 2 different types of tires could cause damage to the drive train on those types of vehicles.
