This was another sweet win at the Herc. Cailey has been 1 spot shy of winning her pro card for what seems an eternity lol. It gives me great pleasure to finally be able to call Cailey a WNBF Bikini Pro. What an incredible run this season. Improving each and every show and then pulling off the win at the Herc. Really proud of her and definitely relieved lol. Cailey was Team SUF's 3rd pro card win at the 2018 INBF Hercules. . . #TeamSUF #competitionarsenal

A great shot right here. Ray worked hard for a really long time. Between his off season and prep we are talking years of work. In his first 2 shows we came close, but we still had work to do. I knew the whole way through that Ray could turn pro, we just had to nail the posing and activations. He worked tirelessly to create a presentation that would display his physique best. It didn't hurt that I kept hammering him on those issues lol. But in the end the job was done. Ray brought his best, won the Bantam class, was runner up in the overall and earned his WNBF pro card. To make things even sweeter Ray became Team SUF's 40th natural pro. Congrats brother . . #TeamSUF

Today is a very special day. Today is the 3 year anniversary for Shauna and I dating. I have always said that the moment I met Shauna I knew she was the one for me. There was just something about her. Our relationship has grown so much in such a relatively short amount of time. We have had a lot of ups, and some downs. Some amazing and fun times, some really challenging times. And through it all I know that I truly have found a great partner in life. I have said from the star...t, its as if the universe examined me, my life, my strengths, my weaknesses, my likes, my dislikes, my temperament, attitude.. and created the perfect person, the perfect fit for me. She understands my sometimes blunt and complicated (yet always valid) logic. She compliments me and makes up for any of my (few lol) shortcomings. Together, you can say we are perfectly balanced. The best part about this is the teamwork. Our relationship goes well beyond the realm of competing, it goes well beyond the falsified bullshit that is social media. In REAL life, not instagram life, or facebook life.in REAL life we make a very powerful, dynamic, efficient, and dangerous team. I have always felt like no one could stop me, and no one really ever has. But everyone has times of doubt, times of weakness. Facing those times alone, or with the wrong partner can be challenging. Now I have Shauna, which means those times are fewer, shorter, and I bounce back even stronger. And together, I know there is NOTHING we can accomplish and overcome. When coaching is done for me. No matter what I accomplish until I stop, my best achievement will be working together with the love of my life to dominate a season and to win an Overall Bikini World Title. Together we did that. Not many coaches can say they have accomplished something so challenging, so personal, so important, with so much passion. So in the end. The game of coaching has already been won for me. So everyone is really just playing for 2nd. And this year we made the biggest decision of our relationship.to get engaged...on top of the Grand Canyon. Team SUF at the INBF Natural Connecticut. We had a solid day all around. Alot of top placings and we got to battle it out in 2 overalls. We came up short in those but will be making adjustments for the Herc. Most importantly I want to congratulate Colleen Smith for winning her WNBF Fitbody Pro Card and breaking the curse at this show.
