Update - Reopening for WNY Hi! I can’t wait to get back to my home away from home and give my clients some much-needed attention. I will be extended my hours to accommodate your needs during this time. When will that time be? ... Poloncarz believes Western New York will qualify to enter Phase One by June 1. He says it’s possible it can still happen this month. Fingers crossed, we will be part of Phase 2. That will bring us into the middle of June when Salons are allowed to reopen.
