McNugget wanted us to remind you that we are still seeing appointments! Like most veterinary offices access to the building is still restricted to staff only, as it is impossible to remain 6 feet apart in our cozy clinic!

WE ARE OPEN! But we are continuing to restrict access inside our building to staff only. We are working hard to keep our patients, their families and our staff safe. Thank you for your patience! Phone hold times may be longer than normal.... Please read carefully and follow the steps below: APPOINTMENTS Please bring your cat in a carrier! Call the clinic when you arrive in our parking lot and a technician will speak with you on the phone to take a detailed history of your cat's needs and discuss any questions that you have. We will then come out to get your cat from you. After the exam, the doctor will contact you by phone to discuss their exam findings and review a plan. YOU MUST REMAIN ON SITE WHILE YOUR CAT RECEIVES CARE! **HOSPITALIZATION CHARGES MAY APPLY IF YOU LEAVE** Please call us if you will be late for your appointment time, as we may have to reschedule. SUPPLY PICK-UPS Please call ahead to order your supplies. If possible, we can take your payment over the phone, when ordering or at pick up. Call the clinic when you arrive in our parking lot and a technician will bring your supplies out to you.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our clinic will continue to be open to see patients and to provide our clients with needed medical diets and prescription medications. We will be now be open Monday through Friday 8am-6pm, and 8am-12pm every Saturday. As a precaution, for you and our employees, clients are not currently allowed in the building. When you arrive for an appointment, please call the clinic at 689-2287 (Getzville) or 883-3324 (buffalo) and we will meet you at your vehicle or our front door to collect your cat in their carrier. We will also bring any supplies out to you. We hope you and your families are staying safe!
