We had an overwhelming response from customers last night and broke our record by far! Today will be our last day I went back through remaining inventory this morning. We still have large pizzas, some appetizers and subs. I pulled more party Tray dough for today and will offer the same prices as yesterday. All drinks, groceries and beer will be priced to sell stop by!

I know everyone has a lot of questions and our closing is a bit sudden... I stayed a bit quiet rather than explode across fb what happened. Here is what I can tell you: Ive rented summits building since November 2014 and Opened the store Feb 2015 (3 years) My lease was never renewed after year one but I continued to pay $2000.00/ mo to keep the store open (yep calculate that) All of you watched me build up the business and add equipement ect... When something relating to the ...building broke like the walk in cooler (twice) I was told it was on me. Anything as long as I was in the building was on me. I was allowed to use the oven which lead to $14,000 in repairs to it that I'm now also out yeah I get it "cost of business" so I sucked it up and kept going. I was fooled into believing that someone had my best interest at heart and boy was I wrong. Only way I can summarize what happend is I agreed to buy the building and the first offer presented was $350,000 keep in mind I own everything in the building except the oven, hood, and walk in. I did my homework only to find the building was purchased for $65K and only accessed at $84K. I countered with $175K, next meeting was told $250K but $20K had to be cash no one knew about and he would be my bank on the rest which would make my monthly expense to be here almost $4K/mo with taxes, ins. and nation lease. Two weeks later he raised the price to $265K. I was pissed and had to make a choice. He went as far as telling me how he could even control what happens with my boyfriends job and has been trying to steal employees. My choice is to go and have no further business or personal dealings with him. Im sooooo appreciative of the loyalty of my staff all have decided to come with me. I cannot say enough great things about the customer base we have! I hope to see a lot of you in Little Valley! Our new location is 4 times the size of summit and I can expand on so many ideas that I couldnt here. Im sure some bs will be tossed around after I close so please be cautious on what is true or not. I have also been told he plans to use Summits name to pull in customers so please dont be fooled. This Saturday 3/24 will be our last day so that I have time to remove my property and equipment. Again I am soooooo thankfull to all that have supported us and hope everyone will make the 7mi trip to Little Valley when possible. Any questions feel free to fb message me Im happy to answer rather than let rumors fly. See more
