Midwife Sunday

*warning* some of these photos are a bit graphic, some of them have my deflated belly sagging, but they are all very real and in the moment, and I love them L...ucas Lawrence Bercume was born at 8:09 pm on June 22nd at Sunday the Midwife's birthing center in Potsdam. He weighed at 8 pounds 8 oz and is 21.5 inches long, head 14 inches around, born naturally with no medication or anything!! I went into labor Saturday night but didn't realize it. I labored most of the day today upstairs by myself because I didn't think I was actually in labor and didn't want to bother Nate my cousin Paige Currier (thank you for all of your help sis ) got mom to our house a little after 6, and I was ADAMANT that I really just had to poop I went to sit down in the tub and my water broke around 7:10 pm. That's when mom said NOPE we gotta go we got to the birthing center around 7:35ish, I started pushing around 7:45, out he came at 8:09!!! Thank you Nate, mom, and of course Sunday and her assistant Shyla for being so amazing and helping me welcome baby boy into this world we're so happy!!!
