It’s time that we disclose our New Years resolutionthis year, we will be drinking more water Did you know that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated? When our body is dehydrated so is our mouth. A dry mouth is the prefect environment for bacteria to grow and for cavities to develop quickly. Giving your kids water throughout the day will help wash away leftover food and bacteria, keeping cavities at bay. This year at Sunshine Smiles, we’re drinking at least 64oz a day. Although 2020 was difficult and took us on many unprecedented twists and turns, there are still some positive memories for which we are grateful. This year taught us to roll with the punches and to find the silver lining in even the most challenging of times. Here are some of our highlights from the year that we wanted to share with you. From completing construction, to forming our office team, welcoming patients, participating in community outreach and hosting holiday events, we found some good times through it all. Now, as we ring in the new year, we are incredibly excited to nurture existing relationships and foster new ones.
