I just want to take a moment to thank every one of you for not only these last few months since our re-opening, but for also sticking along side us while we were closed. They were trying times, but we are here and we are open because of all of you. And we have adapted in these tough times so that we can better serve you, our Supersoul family. I think I speak for all of us here at Supersoul Yoga when I say that we are truly blessed and full of gratitude for every single one of... you. Grateful for all of you who waited for us to be open again, who have attended classes or shown support in one way or another. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for this community. We also want to thank everyone who has telecommuted with us via ZOOM and have let us know of any problems we have run into. We think we have them all figured out now, but thank you for all of your understanding and patience with us as we tried to get used to new systems and ways to be able to practice as one again. Again, we are forever appreciative for your continued support, love and connection to this studio. We really have such an amazing family here! In service, Raghunath & Team

:::Please take note::: If you hadn’t noticed the changes last week, we have completely switched to ZOOM classes until after the New Year! The health of our students and community take first priority and we are committed to keeping everyone safe! So switching to ZOOM for a short while is the best option so that we can keep seeing you all!... Have a wonderful week and we hope to see you in class!

I’m ecstatic, excited and enthusiastic!!!! An incredible yoga teacher has moved to Columbia County from New York City! Please welcome the empowered Bobbie Marchand! Bobbie co-led my Supersoul Yoga teacher training and she is truly a master of teaching alignment-based asana, Yin, Restorative as well as vigorous vinyasa.... You will LOVE her! In these tough times, it’s so great to get such a bright light like her to brighten up our yoga community! Check out her classes as she teaches Precision Flow every Tuesday @ 9-10:15 am and every Saturday @ 10-11:15 am! Your Servant, Raghunath

Happy Monday All! Please make note of some changes on the schedule moving forward. We have decided to postpone all in person classes for the remainder of the year. Supersoul aims to keep the health of our community as our first priority, so we’ve decided to do all classes via ZOOM until after the New Years.... :::Schedule for the week of 11/16::: We wanted to make you aware of some changes to the schedule over the next 2 weeks! Raghunath was out of state to teach this past weekend and we want to take all of the proper safety precautions upon his return. We want to make safety our first priority, so upon his return, Raghunath will be quarantining for 2 weeks.... So for the next 2 weeks, his in person classes will only be via ZOOM!
