So often, Satan crushes our spirits by reminding us of our weaknesses. He will sometimes throw this up in our face several times a day. But let us be encourage...d today in knowing that God often uses our weaknesses more than our strengths. In 2 Corinthians 12, Paul pleaded with God to remove his weakness, but God said in reply, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness (vs #9 ESV). Lord, we thank You that Your power is made perfect in our weakness. We pray that You use us for Your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen. See more

From my devotions today... Joyce Meyer was quoted, ‘Just relax and let God be God.’ We should take great comfort in knowing that God, being the loving God that... He is, is in complete control of everything that happens. Nothing can ever take Him by surprise. Psalm 9:7-10 NLT, But the Lord reigns forever, executing judgment from his throne. He will judge the world with justice and rule the nations with fairness. The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you. God does not abandon those who search for Him. That’s why this verse in Isaiah 55:6 NLT is so important for this day we are living... Seek the LORD while you can find him. Call on him now while he is near. Lord I trust in You tonight and can relax my spirit in knowing that You are God and in control.
