The world lost the body of @lizlonglang on May 23rd this year, but not the positivity and beauty of her soul. It gives me great pride to host a small event in her honor at The Nest this Sunday. Liz was an early yoga student of mine and always gave me strength to keep going as she battled cancer with such grace, love, and kindness. It’s a private event for friends and family, but if you knew Liz and would like to support her family you can make a financial contribution on my website (link in bio).
