We are keeping these kids as active as we can right now! This one is for my 7+ kids! Join @kaemb_ on Mondays at 4pm for our kids athlete class. This class will work on speed, agility, balance and strength! We will run for 6 weeks/$60. Space is limited and COVID rules will apply . Email [email protected] to reserve your spot!

While we are not huge New Years resolution fans, there is no better time to start taking care of yourself. This year has been shi$$y to say the least but has definitely brought attention to the importance of our health. Not just physical...but mental too! The gains are awesome but the friendship/laughter is what keeps us going. If 2020 teaches us anything, it’s that it’s time to take care if YOU!
