I know its Monday but during #Quarantine any day can be a #fancy dinner day...I first made this dish working as a catering chef at a fancy golf club in Westchester which I dont wish to mention its name but here we have a #grilled #filletmignon on top of beautiful fluffy #mashedpotatoes and #garlic and herb #roasted #carrots all topped with a creamy #bearnaise #sauce #meatandpotatoes #cheflife #quarantineandcook #foodphotography

#woodoven #pizza on a beautiful sunday afternoon....who knows about that #leopardspots oven was cooking at 850 degrees the pie literally cooked in #60seconds
