Tiffany and Co ads by Director Richard Burbridge. This was one of the first projects that we took on after a long shutdown due to Covid-19 pandemic. We went on set for styling these beautiful jewels.... It was a perfect project to restart and get back into the work rhythm. Each jewels needed to be styled for the still shooting, and re-styled in the exact same way for the video shootings. We've worked the Tiffany project with Richard a few times now. On the still set, we started to think ahead for the video shooting, and did some extra preparation to make it easier and faster to recreate the set-up. For the diamond rings in first image, it was very important that these large diamonds on each ring do not touch each other. Only diamond can damage the other diamond, they could potentially leave scratch on the surface if they ever touched. It looks like they are stacking on one another, but we made sure that there is a very slight gap in between to avoid any diamond to diamond contact. Jim Beam commercial image shot by Photographer Adrian Mueller. Our part in this project was the ice background for the Jim Beam bottle and the glass to sit on. We prepared both the real ice and fake ice background for this shooting, and styled them on set.... The fake ice was made in studio, the real ice was ordered to Okamoto Studio. They specialize in ice sculpture using crystal clear ice, their ice is so clear it almost looks like glass. For this project, we asked them to intentionally include air bubbles in some of the ice sheets to make them somewhat frosty. There were two huge freezers on the set to keep the ice sheets frozen. We used both the fake and real ice sheets for the shooting. This was one of the last project before the wide spread of Covid-19. Olay ads clip shot by Director Anthony Cotsifas. This was shot a while ago, our part was to perform water effects including the waterfall seen behind the product. It was a collaborative work with Stylist Dylan Egon Samuels. The water constantly circulated from waterfall rig to the bottom water tank, and back to waterfall rig. The bottom tank was 6ft by 8ft, it's a large tank and was hard to reach over!... We did another waterfall project recently, looking forward to seeing it come out soon.
