Good morning and welcome to November! Rain will move in this afternoon and change to snow tonight into Monday morning. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect fo...r tonight into Monday morning for portions of Central NY. Then another round of lake effect snow showers is expected Monday night into Tuesday. Greatest accumulations will likely be in northern Oneida county, where a Winter Storm Watch is in effect. Winds will also be gusty today and Monday. These gusty winds may cause isolated power outages. Blowing and drifting snow will also be possible tonight and Monday. For a location-specific forecast, please visit weather.gov/bgm or mobile.weather.gov and enter your location into the search box. Have a great day!
