Asylum Victory! Client was granted asylum after a hearing before an immigration judge, ending his 17 month long ICE detention and 4 year exodus from his native war-torn land. With more than 80% of cases denied, Asylum is one of the most difficult immigration cases to litigate and win but Client was forthright and credible in describing the chaos and persecution that he endured, which forced him to flee. He is now an Asylee with the an immediate legal right to live and work in the United States!

Today’s victory- I helped this family from deportation proceedings all the way to American citizenship! I love receiving these messages and given the current climate, it is especially sweet.

Today's Victory- Client's sentence for a criminal conviction from over 20 years ago was vacated. The sentence was reopened and reduced so that the offense is no longer an Aggravated Felony for immigration purposes and Client is now safe from deportation!

Today's Big Victory- Client was charged with over 90 felonies! I negotiated a plea to 1 simple misdemeanor and all felonies and other charges were dismissed. Attention to detail and incessant pursuit of justice is required to practice in criminal court. Needless to say, my client walked out a very happy man!

Today's (little)victory: Client's traffic charges for unlicensed driver and speeding 93/65 dismissed! Tis' the season for traffic violations and citations so please DRIVE SAFELY!
