Unrepeatable miracle! A dear yoga teacher Sara, shared that phrase with our yoga class. It was all about being here now. (I had the honor to marry her and her l...ovely partner Matt last summer). What a lovely thing to be reminded of every day of our lives. I especially like to speak of this in a wedding ceremony. It is my intention to remind the guests that it is indeed an honor to be a witness to this special love. It is an honor to witness such words, such beautiful intentions, and to feel how deeply two people love each other and how much they want to share their lives with one another. I remind the couple and their guests that we will never collectively be together like we are right now. We are in a moment in time that is so perfect and sacred. I repeat to the guests and the couple there is no rush (not more than 30 minutes ) to move any of this quickly for without the ceremony of love there would never be a celebration. So I suggest to everyone to sit back, relax, breathe, open up your heart and let this unrepeatable miracle begin. It will always be my intention to suggest to the couple to breathe, relax, and be here now. This piece happens when they come together at the beginning of the ceremony. It is an invitation from spirit. This is such a magical moment and one never to be missed.
