While the virus is challenging all of us, in New Paltz, I have seen a lot of folks who are sending their love and wisdom to share the methods to deal with the situation. Brave people, together we will defeat this vicious disease. Love and appreciation from New Paltz, USA to Wu Han citizens and to the people who have given their support in helping others.

Keep your promises. It’s one of the most important aspects of the martial arts tradition.

I was impressed with how these friends interacted with each other while using the "Heart". Great energy in the class. These folks understand how good energy influences our lives in a positive way! These are people who I want to see again. It's a pleasure to meet people who are willing to share their good thoughts. I think of these wonderful people as my friends and teachers.
