For the final day of NED Service Week, we’re highlighting some joint service! During the marching season, our sisters work with our Kappa chapter to help load and unload instruments for practices!

Happy day 4 of Service Week! Today we’re sharing one of our most impactful service projects. Last fall, our chapter and Syracuse’s Kappa chapter volunteered to play at a local elementary school, and one of our sisters, Mita, experienced a touching moment: After we were done performing, one of the students came up to me so I asked if she wanted to try playing my piccolo and she said yes! She was so excited to blow into it and she managed to make a noise! After the interaction, a teacher came up to me to tell me she had a hard time talking, but was able to speak to me so openly. Music has a beautiful impact!

Day 3! One of our favorite Focus on Five projects are instrument petting zoos that we do for Crescendo! Last fall, we did one with Gamma Chi!

Happy day 2 of NED Service Week! Today we are highlighting the service achievements of one of our sisters. This past semester Eve Miserlian completed more than double her service requirement and was always willing to lend a helping hand!

Happy NED Service Week! Today we’re showcasing our chapter’s favorite service project: volunteering at the local Rescue Mission in Syracuse!
