Inspired by the open source medical supplies movement, member Eric was curious if he could build an effective UVC sterilization device out of common materials. So, in true maker & engineer fashion, he gave it a shot to see if it could be done, using his electronics knowledge and our 130W laser cutter to fab the enclosure. It emits enough radiation to theoretically eliminate 99.x% of pathogens.
