Our president, Ed Donelan, received the prestigious BICSI Presidential Eagle Award for his efforts in organizing a Hurricane Harvey Relief Mission in September 2017. Immediately following the storm, Telecom raised around $20k in donations and, along with three other brave individuals, Ed drove around 1,700 miles to hand-deliver over 30,000 lbs of food, beverages and supplies to the devastated town of Port Arthur, Texas. The BICSI Presidential Eagle Award is given to individu...als who have exhibited outstanding leadership, sacrifice and faith in BICSI and the industry as a whole. Ed is a past president of BICSI and served on the board of directors for 10 years. In response to winning the award Ed said, "When disaster strikes in America, the spirit of cooperation calls on all of us to help others in need in some way or another. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a supportive network of friends, family, colleagues and clients that we were able to accomplish this goal and help all of those people when they needed it the most."
