As of late Thursday night, Governor Cuomo stated that Phase 2 will NOT start on Friday 5/29/20. Although, Cortland County says that we can reopen but you are at risk of having your license pulled and additional fines by the state. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Please keep your fingers crossed that Cuomo makes a decision to reopen phase 2 at today's press conference. I will reach out to all my customer's if we need to reschedule. I will do my best to get everyone rescheduled by my... vacation. Thank you all for the support and understanding. We are in this together!!!
