The Buzzetti Law Office

Due to the winter storm warning, and the icy conditions, the office will close today at 3:00 P.M. to allow out employees to get home safely. Also, we will be working remotely tomorrow. Thank you and stay safe and warm.

Not all cases are resolved with a trial. Sometimes a case is dismissed prior to getting to one. We are pleased to state that today, Attorney Matthew Buzzetti was successful in obtaining a dismissal of a felony indictment stemming from illegal search in Chemung County Court.

As the office begins to prepare of the holiday season we wanted to extend a very happy (early) thanksgivings to each and every one of you. The office is thankful for the trust that you have provided to us to help you family through times of need. On behalf of the entire office, thank you. Just a friendly reminder that the office will be closed Thursday and Friday this week.

We want to thank all members of the armed forces not only on veterans day, but everyday. To our friends, family, and anyone who has served, we thank you. In observation of this day, the office will be closed.

With school closures and business closures potentially on the way, the office is looking to continue the same great experience to our clients. Would people utilize non-traditional office hours? Sunday appointments and/or the ability to meet after 4:30 PM?
