Let our spirits be stirred by our intuitive perceptions of the laws of the universe that reveals to us the wonders of--and the connection to--ALL of creation. T...o realize this we just need to stop a moment, in the midst of all these unprecedented, volatile times, put aside all disquietude and truly desire to understand this truth. In this quietness, the eyes will see, the ears will hear, and in our souls the understanding of our oneness and unity will set us free from the bonds of separation, fear and division that is the overall pervasive energy of these times. I wish all love and peace. Crow See more

---Connection --- Oneness--- John Donne (1752-1634) wrote in a poem; "No man is an island,---entire of itself--- every man is a piece of the continent,-... ----a part of the main (the whole) if a clod (a lump of soil) be washed away by the sea, Europe (America) is less, as well as if a manor (house) or thy friend or thine own (family) or any's mans death diminishes me, because I am involved (a part of) in mankind." Perhaps the single quality that defines the idea of oneness that John Donne expresses so poignantly in this passage written in the early 1700's, is the understanding of the truth of oneness and belonging behind this idea that all humanity is connected. This truth is needed as much today as it was in ancient times when this was poem was written. Our ego mind insists we are separate from others and that we are defined by where our body boundaries stop and others start. As we look at the body it does appear to be a separate organism. But a closer look reveals a multitude of cells, organs and rivers of fluids containing zillions of different life forms and bacteria all working together to form this body of ours. So if we re-phrase John Donne's famous first line to, "No man is a cell, entire of itself, every cell is a piece of the body and a part of the main/whole." If a cell in this life form (body) becomes contaminated, the whole is less or diminished. Obviously, any cell that goes against neighboring cells in the same body will destroy the whole and itself. This is what CANCER does. Cells failing to cooperate with adjacent cells, will destroy the whole body. Any cells illness or death diminishes me, because I am involved or a part of the whole body. We are connected and vital to the entire whole. WE ARE ALL CELLS IN THIS BODY CALLED HUMANITY. When we think of ourselves as separate or different and in competition with one another, we diminish the whole of humanity. Native Americans express this oneness, as belonging to the whole, they say, "We are all related," we are family. When we start to see ourselves as belonging to, a part of the family of humanity just as we are related to our individual families, we will cease our judgements of the other and see them as our earth relatives connected by the invisible threads of spirit as was The Creator's intentions for all humanity. Once we see others as family members we will reach out with Love rather than hatred, with unity, understanding, harmony and resolutions rather than with weapons, fighting, destruction, and division. When our orientation moves away from separate and different to belonging to the whole human family, then the hatred and bitterness is replaced with a desire to unify and resolve anything that divides us. Just as the oncologist works to eradicate the cancer cells and heal the disharmony in the whole body, we need to connect to the whole and become the force for harmony, healing, unity, peace and love in this Body called Humanity. Love and Peace to All
